We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to report a problem and apply for a refund/replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, we require a picture of the product in the same condition that you received it. Please also include your order number. We do not accept refunds for perishable products shipped with ground shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@andisway.com. If your return is accepted, we will process the refund within 3 business days.

If you place an order and then change your mind. There is a 10% restocking fee for any canceled order. This covers the cost of the credit card processing fees, and time needed to manually take your order out of shipping. If you would rather us delay your shipment, we can do that free of charge. Just let us know at orders@andisway.com and we will try to accommodate as best we can. Please keep in mind we ship orders as quickly as possible. Please be considerate and let us know ASAP. If your order has already been packed, we can not pull your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item never arrives, please contact FedEx first before email info@andisway.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as wheatgrass, sunflower green, pea greens, pea tendrils, immunity shots or frozen wheatgrass) if they were shipped via ground shipping. Seed is not returnable and Wellness products can not be refunded or exchanged if they have been used or opened.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges for non-perishable products are processed when we receive the item. You will be given store credit that can be used towards anything on our website within 1 (one) year
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent store credit in the form of a gift card. This will be sent to your email and can be redeemed within 1 (one) year. Please remember it can take some time for us to process your refund when we receive it. All refunds will be in the form of store credit.
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that YOU select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you may do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there OR by emailing orders@andisway.com for help. Please note, you must cancel your subscription before payment has processed. There will be a 8% restocking fee to cancel any orders arising from subscriptions (10% on non-subscription orders) that have already processed.
